The occasion of signing one’s written Will can be recorded on video and then one could also read one’s Will on video, so that there can be little doubt in the minds of one’s families and beneficiaries exactly what these intentions are. The same applies for an occasion that may require the updating of a Will.

Increasingly, we find that people want to record “something” in addition to, or other than, their written Will for their families, friends and beneficiaries, as well as for future generations, to hear and see, so as to more vibrantly pass on their private thoughts and wishes. This could also be done at the same time as the recording of one’s Will, or independently of any Will signing and/or reading occasion.
