There are three payment methods available:

A. Fully-funded

The first and most obvious method is for your company to pay for the work to be done in total.

B. Partially-funded

Another way is by making an arrangement whereby your company pays for a part of the cost and the balance to be provided by your company suppliers, a sponsorship of sorts.

C. Totally-funded

This means that your suppliers will pay for the whole of the writing, and the printing of the books to be produced.

In the case of B and C, in consultation with you, we will include the names and addresses of your suppliers appropriately acknowledged in the book. Also, at your request, and should you wish to do so, we can write to your designated suppliers explaining and advising them of the project and requesting their consideration of a financial contribution towards the production of your company book.

Invoicing

The project is separated into four stages. One quarter is to be paid upon the start of the work of the book. The second instalment to be paid on delivery of the first draft, the third instalment with the final draft, and the final instalment payable upon delivery of the books.

Ancillary Costs

Travelling or other additional expenses will be at your company’s expense. These costs will only be incurred with the prior approval of your company’s designated official.

General Cost of Work

We understand that cost is always a crucial factor for small to medium sized businesses. Our writers will work closely with you in establishing cost parameters once a series of questions are addressed and quantified such as:

  • Number of words
  • Number of photographs
  • Print runs
  • Format
  • Printing options
  • Number of books to be produced etc, etc

This initial consultation is at no cost to you and generally all these questions can be addressed in a time frame of between 1 - 2 hours.

Meeting a Deadline

If you are working towards a fixed date, such as an anniversary or special occasion, it is very helpful if you could to ask us to commence the work 4 – 6 months ahead of the specified date.

Naturally, any estimation for time frame from commencement to completion will depend greatly on the scope and nature of the work to be undertaken.

However, in consultation with your designated company official we can arrive at an appropriate time frame to suit your company’s requirement.
