Once we have received this, if you are in Sydney, we will organize a
meeting to discuss your needs in more detail, to ensure the delivery
process goes as smoothly as possible.
Details
such as the scope and complexity of your project, your estimated budget,
and the required deadline should all be set out in this meeting.
If you are located interstate or internationally, there are several
options available. We can phone you for a teleconference, or conduct
the negations by email.
Should
you wish to see examples of the different visual styles our designers
and illustrators can deliver, or samples of our copywriters work, we
can provide these by post or email. Case studies of previously completed
commissions are also available on request.
When
your needs have been fully specified and agreed upon, we can negotiate
a price for our services. Should you wish to use only one of our services,
we have set rates as listed below.

However, should you wish to utilize several of our services, we can
craft a package price tailored to your needs and budget. We are willing
to offer substantial discounts on our hourly rates for large projects,
which will be quoted once your needs have been determined.
Then, the work begins. Zammit is committed to delivering what you want,
when you want it, and we believe in ensuring every client leaves us
not only happy, but impressed.
Please note however, that should you choose a package price, only a
limited number of revisions to designs or copy are possible to ensure
these heavily reduced prices are financially viable for us.
For
web design, our designers will take the feedback from your initial discussion
and create some mock-ups. We will then present you with three initial
designs from which you can choose, and after that decision is made we
can only allow three major revisions (such as changes of colour, graphics,
layout). Any revisions after this are certainly possible, but will be
charged at the full hourly rate.
If utilizing our copywriting skills as part of a package, only two major
revisions (such as taking out or inserting text, changing the tone or
tense of the copy, changing the headings) are acceptable. Any revisions
after that will be charged at the full hourly rate.
For
this reason, it is very important that you use our initial meeting and
negotiation to decide very clearly what you want from your finished
product. We are happy to discuss possibilities with you as much as you
need before the project begins, but in order to meet deadlines and maintain
our level of reliability, we have to keep the production process as
streamlined as possible.
